Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. A subsequent email will be sent once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details.
Please note, if your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
All products are carefully checked, packed, and handed over to our trusted courier partners for secure delivery.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We aim to dispatch all domestic orders within 2-5 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays). Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Prepaid orders above ₹299 qualify for free shipping.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 per item will apply.
In case delivery partners are unable to reach the provided address or schedule delivery, they will attempt to contact you directly.
International Shipping
For international orders, we ship via trusted and registered international courier services or speed post. Delivery timelines and charges vary depending on the destination and courier norms.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Disputes & Return to Origin (RTO)
If your package is returned to us (RTO) due to incomplete/incorrect address or unavailability at delivery, a re-shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.
For any delivery-related disputes, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery attempt by emailing info@thinklike.in Delays in raising such concerns may result in inability to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We ensure that all orders are securely packed; however, we are not liable for damage or loss during transit once the package has been handed over to the courier.
If you receive a damaged product, kindly contact the courier service directly to file a claim. Retain all original packaging and damaged items for claim processing.

Order Tracking
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package directly with the courier company.
Address Modifications
Changes to the delivery address can only be made if the order is still in Processing or Confirmed status and not yet shipped. Requests for address changes after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
