Order Cancellation
At Think Like, customer satisfaction is our priority. Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation requests can be accommodated if you contact our support team via email at info@thinklike.in within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
For any changes to the delivery address, contact number, or other details, please write to us at info@thinklike.in immediately. Modifications will be accepted only within 12 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first. We regret that changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and offer a replacement or refund as outlined below:
In Case of Damaged Products
To initiate a return or replacement for damaged products, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the following details:

Images of the outer packaging and shipping label

Your order number and contact details
Once the provided details are verified, we will promptly offer either:

A free replacement, or

A full refund for the damaged item (as per your preference)
In Case of Non-Delivery or Courier Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. After verification with our courier partner:

We will arrange a fresh shipment at no additional cost.

Please note: such cases are not eligible for a refund, only re-shipment.
